Sarah Jessica Parker: some say she had a nose job and to my trained eye, I only see a slight difference. Braces & cosmetic dentisty. I do like the Annie wig.

Pamela Anderson: eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, teeth, boobs, hair bleaching, waxing, veneers, rib removal.

Michelle Pfeiffer: Multiple nose jobs, teeth.

Lindsay Lohan: Oh my. What happened to you?

Katie Holmes: Now a robot

Kate Hudson: Nose job. Don't deny it, Kate. We can see.

Tom Cruise: Now an anal butt plugging Thetan.

Gwen Stefani: perhaps a nose job?

Nicole Richie: weight loss, nose job, removal of extensions.

Catherine Zeta Jones: Eyes, nose refinement, teeth, electrolysis of her hairline.

What are your thoughts? One thing is very clear: you cannot make it in Hollywood unless you have gone under the knife for at least one cosmetic improvement. Even gorgeous Catherine Zeta Jones has submitted herself to the skilled hands of a surgeon.

Yeah, Anon 1:20 people's appearances do change as they age, i.e. wrinkles and less fat cells in the face, but people don't go from a fat bridged nose (Kate Hudson - Before) to a smaller, leaner bridge (Kate Hudson - After) due to aging.

Look at Jessica Simpson's eyes. They don't look anything like that now - in fact nothing from that pic looks like her now! Tell me, what aging process is it that a person goes from no eye lids from age 0 to about age 20 and then suddenly at the "old age" of early 20-ish, has big, round eyes. That photo was one of CZJ's very first covers. It was taken in 1991, when she still had some "baby fat" on her face, and before she mastered the art of make-up.

Her lids look even heavier than they are because of the incredibly amateurish harsh, overhead lighting.

And her hairdo is anything but becoming. But it also shows quite clearly the single feature that brought on a very dramatic change of appearance later on: yes, CZJ did have her hairline altered.
And it was the probably the wisest aesthetic decision of her life. (As it was a turning point for Rita Hayworth's transformation from a cutie into a beauty.)

Probably two nose jobs (one in her teens and one further refinement since the simple life), boob job, lipo, etc. And I totally notice the nose job on Gwen Stefani too. If you look at photos of her in any of the US Weeklies or Star Magazines now, you'll see her nose is really thin and refined. nothing like the photo above. Thanks for sharing these photos!
